What makes us different

Each of our nurseries has its own identity. We aim at a strong partnership with each parent that is based on trust and respect in the interest of growth and development of each child.

Our Educational Philosophy

  • We embrace children as their own best educators and we aim to provide a framework designed to develop each child's natural curiosity through positive experiences.
  • We recognise that early experiences lay the foundations of character and we promote enthusiasm for learning through the use of various materials and media designed to engage your child fully.
  • Each one of our nurseries has its own identity and seeks to offer a comfortable and caring environment within the high standards shared throughout the Happy Child Group.
  • Our centralised organisation ensures that staffing ratios are never compromised and each one of our nurseries is required to maintain both objective and subjective standards which are continously assessed.
  • All of our nurseries are registered with Ofsted and work toward the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

We will induct staff in childcare theories and practices where we can embrace the knowledge of pioneers such as Maria Montessori, Reggio Emilio and many others who have worked tirelessly over decades to understand the framework in which children learn. We will not base our concept or ethos on any one philosophy but will embrace children as their own educators and through observation of developmental progress at each stage.
